PNR Homes is a small yet impactful group of investors who specialize in buying, renovating, and selling residential homes. The team contacted me to develop a visual identity that would reflect professionalism, innovation and dependability with a contemporary feel.

The logo design features geometric shapes inspired by a floor plan, paired with modern sans-serif typography. For the color palette, we chose a rich deep green complemented by a rustic yellow gold and an off-white for a natural yet timeless color palette.

Once the brand identity was complete, our next step was to showcase the firm’s impressive portfolio by building a website. The website also serves as an invitation for real estate agents, homeowners, and referrals to connect with the team for potential opportunities.

To increase brand awareness, we also designed business cards, tri-fold brochures, email campaigns, and polo shirts.

An additional and ongoing role for the team is offering interior design consultations and project management for their home renovations. This also includes drafting multiple architectural floor plans to provide to the general contractor and advising on materials, lighting, and functionality.
